**Commercial Engineer**
_Desarrollo de ventas de Copeland en los mercados de Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, para fabricantes de equipos originales (OEMs)_
**Responsabilidades:**
+ Desarrollar las ventas de Copeland de las unidades de negocio: Copeland, Copeland Controls (antes CPC, Dixell), White Rodgers. Alcanzando los objetivos anuales.
+ -Actualización mensual de forecast de ventas locales y directas del año fiscal y planificación de ventas de corto y mediano plazo.
+ Preparar y presentar propuestas técnico-comerciales escritas efectivas. Negociación y seguimiento efectivo hasta el cierre del negocio en valores y condiciones adecuados.
+ Construir en clientes relaciones de largo plazo en todos los niveles (incluyendo niveles ejecutivos). Identificar preocupaciones y oportunidades de mejora.
+ Buscar potenciales nuevos clientes. Establecer contacto, desarrollar el perfil de sus actividades y dimensionar la oportunidad. Desarrollo de red de clientes.
+ Preparar y presentar a clientes, productos y soluciones orientadas al crecimiento del negocio.
+ Preparación de planes de visitas y viajes, promoviendo los productos de Copeland en clientes finales como supermercados y nichos industriales.
+ Reportes de visitas a clientes y de viajes, puntos de acción, seguimiento, ejecución
+ Participar de actividades que tengan que ver con la satisfacción de la atención a los clientes. Interactuar con la división técnica, de operaciones, de comercio exterior, de administración y finanzas y legales.
+ Atender todo entrenamiento de carácter obligatorio dispuesto por la compañía, como ser los relacionados a Trade Compliance y toda temática relacionada a cumplimiento de normativa legal y/o corporativa, pudiendo además ser referente en dichos temas si así se le requiera.
**Requisitos:**
+ Ingeniero Mecánico, Industrial o similar
+ Experiencia comercial mínima de 5 años en el rubro de refrigeración o aire acondicionado
+ Inglés avanzado (portugues es un plus)
+ Disponibilidad para viajar el 40% del tiempo
+ Movilidad propia
