We are a small family owned construction firm that was founded back in 2017 and are continuing to grow. We have gained a reputable name across the Atlanta area. We specialize in anything from light to medium commercial construction, multi-family, hotels, retail, and mixed use developments to large loss restoration and residential/commercial exterior projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing project and bid strategies. You will do so by analyzing project proposals and historical cost data. Ultimately, your work will help us develop new business opportunities.What You Will Be Doing- Accurately calculate quantities and costs of construction items for estimating projects
- Research material, labor, and equipment pricing
- Participate in gathering of data to support market condition research, inclusive of but not limited to construction economic, trends, current projects, contractor's availability and skill sets, labor force, and other miscellaneous contributions on aspects of constructionWhat You Need for this Position- 3+ years of estimating commercial construction projects to include commercial new/ground up construction, interior renovation/tenant improvement and fit-out projects
- Experienced in quantity take-offs and/or Xactimate a PLUS!
- Prior experience with multiple bid styles (Lump Sum, Competitive Bid, Cost Plus and Negotiated/GMP)What's In It for YouSalary: $80k-$120k
