We are currently seeking a Commercial Excellence and Knowledge Management Specialist for the Commercial Excellence Team in Sartorius BPS Sales & Services organization.
As a Commercial Excellence & Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and scaling commercial (sales and customer service) capabilities. In this role you will work with global and regional stakeholders to define and drive initiatives, improving the effectiveness of our commercial organization and strengthening customer focus. You will be part of a high-performing global team with strong regional connections, creating a regional support hub for commercial excellence.

In this job you will have the opportunity to
Build commercial capability at a regional level, co-creating and rolling-out commercial excellence playbooks, best practices, and toolkits
Oversee and manage improvement project from initiation to completion and hyper-care support, closely monitor and report on the progress to senior stakeholders
Identify and implement innovative strategies and tools to drive effective knowledge sharing
Create and manage knowledge-sharing platforms such as company intranet, online databases, MS teams channels
Train and onboard the new colleagues to ensure a smooth transition for all employees addressing employee concerns and providing cross-functional support
Conduct regular audits of knowledge repositories to ensure data relevance and applicability
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in knowledge management to ensure the effectiveness of the company's knowledge management strategy
Support the organization in maintaining a work environment with a customer oriented and quality mindset that fosters learning, open communication, collaboration, integration, and teamwork, inclusion & diversity
Your qualifications
Master´s, Bachelor degree in business administration or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Knowledge Management or similar role
Proven track record with deep knowledge and experience of multidisciplinary and matrix/cross-functional team management
Formal project management training or certification is an advantage
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization
A strategic problem solver with the ability to translate business objectives into practical plans and drive their execution.
Strong change management and strong assertiveness
Experience working in an intercultural environment
Fluent English is a must, additional languages are an advantage
