Key responsibilities:Act as central commercial coordinator to support routine and ad hoc business contract related review, negotiation and internal approvalsOptimize existing processes or develop new processes in relation to contract managementEnsure the full compliance of commercial contract management and approval processes with country and division approval matrix as well as internal control and compliance requirementsProactively participate and facilitate important commercial contract negotiation with key external customersPartner with other functions to provide contract and approval trainings to commercial teamFacilitate the required approvals in company systems or tools.Qualifications:Master degree and major in Law is a plus10+ years’ working experience in commercial contract management department of large EPC or instrument companies is preferredExcellent interpersonal communication skillsWell organized in time and priority management. Attention to details and precisenessStrong process & teamwork minded and problem-solving skillSkilled in MS Office, e.g. word, excel, PowerPoint, AdobeGood English writing and speaking skill is requiredFlexible for business travels when neededShanghai location is preferred. Beijing location can be acceptable in special circumstances.
