It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **Job Description** As Commercial Finance Analyst, you'll be the key support in all sales controlling process and business partnering for sales, Marketing and trade marketing teams guarantying the correct conciliation, control and documentation of commercial activities execution vs planning of channel in charge. Gives monthly visibility of the accuracy of planning investment that has been executed. Also responsible of generating and evaluating P&L of the In&Out projects. **What You’ll Do:** + Controlling of execution vs Budget for sales, trade marketing and marketing investment monthly. + Review of postmortem, validation between of accruals for subsequent approval of Top line credit notes in sales force by customer. + Prepares monthly reports to ensure the correct visibility of accrual vs postmortems and understand main drivers and identify potential risk and opportunities. + Performs profitability analysis for In&Out initiatives. **Projects You’ll Work On:** + Define & develop ROI procedures to be used to evaluate all brand activities across MEXEC + Define & develop ad-hoc analysis and presentations to support decision making + Analyze, understand, and implement internal control rules to support internal and external audit. + Define controls and tracking of accruals and consumptions on a monthly basis. + Building a strong control of Trade spend execution and guarantee the correct support for audit by activities of customers. + Documentation and custody of commercial agreement (contracts) of commercial condition offered to customer. + Guarantee the accuracy provision based on commercial activities committed to customer in charge. **What We’re Looking For In You:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Administration or related. + 2-3 years of experience in FP&A and commercial finance. + Knowledge of Commercial activities such as, Commercial controlling, Pricing, ROI on Brand support activities, etc. + Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken). + Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge + Strong discipline and sense structure. + Strong analytics and controlling skills. + Handson and big data management + Work under pressure + Self-driven under ambiguity + PC skills / System knowledge: MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other tools such as Salesforce, HFM and Power BI.
