We are looking for a Commercial Finance Assistant Manager who will bring innovation, creativity, and a great attitude to our team. In this role you will report to the Commercial Finance Manager, and you will be a key member of the Marketing Finance team. You will apply your expertise in reporting, analysis and provide business support while nurturing business partnerships with key stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Support specific ATM budgets (Sponsorship, Strategic Cities, IPA, Digital Running Cost and Direct to Consumer) from US.Support monthly reporting and analysis, month end close, forecasts and the annual planning process for Activation Trade Marketing (ATM) budgets.Perform variance analysis, including actual vs budget and year over year performance.Proactively identify risks and opportunities.Assist with the financial planning cycle including preparations and maintenance of data and schedules related to the cycle planning.Prepare and analyse recurring journal entries in support of month and quarter close activities for P&L and Balance sheet.Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reports.Data quality integrity (DQI) monthly processContribute to drive continuous improvement.What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.Strong knowledge of finance / analytics with at least 4 years of experience in forecasting, financial analysis, or related analytical field.Advanced English.Demonstrates strategic thinking with strong influence and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Financial responsibility and reliability; must be detail oriented.Effective business partnering skills.Possesses the ability to make quick decisions, use good judgment, ask relevant questions to determine appropriate and efficient next stepsWorks with minimal supervision with the expectation of working as a motivated and cooperative team member; must be a self-starter.What we offer you?
