JOB SUMMARY

The Commercial Finance Lead will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization. This position involves analyzing financial data and providing insights on business performance to key stakeholders. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts, assess profitability, and identify growth opportunities. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly are essential. All activities are undertaken with the objective to improve Jabil’s operating results while maintaining the controls and discipline compliant with Jabil standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Business Units (BU) and Operations regarding new Finance proceduresProvide insights to Finance treatments and processesPrepare and analyze complex financial reports on a recurring basisReview Business Unit quotes and consult with Plant ControllerFacilitate Profit optimization analysis as and when neededReview Material Master (MM), analyze variances and follow-up with Business UnitsNet Working Capital review with Business UnitsAnalyze Balance Sheet as well as P&L movements and support Business Units with the required variance analysesReview the reasonableness of Balance Sheet reserves and discuss with Business UnitsSupport the Forecasting as well as the Weekly Indicator preparation process as neededReview Customer credit limit reports and identify risksValidate ROIC on CAPEX investments and challenge Business Units whenever neededSupport activities related to the required SOX controlsOther duties may be assigned

University degreeRelevant experience in a similar Commercial Finance / Commercial Controlling or Financial Accounting roleAbility to connect business activities with financial resultsExperience in business stakeholder managementFlexibility and openness for changesFluency in English

Work location: Tiszaújváros, Hungary

Hybrid working model available with Home office 2 days/ week after probation (except during monthly closing period).
