Job Description

As Commercial Finance Manager, you will be part of a team that has responsibility for all commercial aspects with relation to Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance for EMEA. The role in GTM Finance will be crucial for aligning financial goals with broader business objectives, ensuring that the company’s go-to-market strategies are financially effective and sustainable. Partnering with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, Deal Desk, Controllership, SOP’s and product to integrate financial considerations into the go-to-market process. This role will significantly impact the company’s success by quantifying deal economics, aligning them with business objectives. By providing data-driven insights and recommendations, this role will enable the business to make informed decisions that drive growth, profitability, and velocity.

Work with the GTM leadership team to develop long term commercial structures for the organization.Trusted regional advisor with cross functional business stakeholders to drive deal velocity and NNACV.Drive margin analysis and attainment to meet the future needs of the organization.Create, develop, and execute workflow related to mid-tier revenue transactions.Drive Change management/ process / transformation initiatives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

5 years SaaS, Software or Hardware industry within GTM / Commercial Finance/ Revenue Recognition AdvisoryProficient understanding of (US GAAP) software revenue recognition under ASC 606Ability to communicate and interpret complex issues for non-finance stakeholders.Dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills and positive attitude with the ability to influence
