Eaton’s Electrical Sector – Americas (ES-A) is hiring a Commercial Finance Leader in Moon Township, PA. This is a newly created position that will report to the Vice President of Commercial Finance for ES-A and will lead a small team. This role requires 10% travel.

At Eaton, Commercial Finance Professionals partner with the Commercial (Sales & Marketing) & Engineering R&D organizations to drive profitable growth. They lead Revenue Planning and Product Optimization focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support decisions and strategic goals related to a specific area of the business. In this role, you will assess financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize profitability and growth and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations. To carry out your goals, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams and develop and execute revenue planning strategies.
What you’ll do:
• Lead profitability management initiatives, analyzing various revenue streams and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Leverage data to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
• Oversee contract structuring processes, ensuring terms are financially advantageous and align with company objectives.
• Drive product optimization efforts through financial analysis and market research, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
• Conduct thorough sales and incentives analysis to evaluate performance and effectiveness of incentive programs.
• Advise on pricing strategies based on market trends, cost structures, and competitive landscape.
• Lead data review and analysis activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Manage the collection and dissemination of key financial data to relevant stakeholders.
• Review deals and contracts to assess financial implications and provide recommendations for optimal outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics and/or finance from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Minimum two (2) years of manager of people experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Candidates must live within 50 miles of our Moon Township location as relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Commercial finance experience partnering with senior leaders to drive successful outcomes.
• MBA or advanced degree from an accredited institution.
• Manufacturing industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in finance leadership roles for a multinational, dynamic industry leader in a comparable size/scope role.
• Proven record of accomplishment partnering with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience with contract structuring, pricing strategies, and financial modeling.
• Experience interpreting and presenting complex data to create actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience leading and developing global and diverse teams in a highly matrixed organization.
• Experience managing through change and finance organization transformations, including setting up new global processes and standards.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $136500.03 - $200200.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
