The jobholder is responsible for ensuring that they work towards agreed plans and objectives and provide guidance in matters pertaining to financial soundness of plans and compliance. **Function** The Finance team is central to the delivery of key business objectives and targets across the P&L, Balance Sheet and broader external market share. The members of the team are respected business partners to their stakeholders inside and outside of the function, and work as part of a cross-functional team to help shape the future of Diageo China. **About the Role** · Be accountable for Channel, Region and Brand P&L. Monitoring closely on investment efficiency including Fund to Trade as well as A&P, providing strategic insights and advices for business performance improvements. · Partner with General trade commercial director/EC commercial director and lead top line planning, forecasting and management reporting process by embedding JUBP, Demand and Consensus review in DCL. · Partner with Marketing director and Customer marketing director lead the M&E processes, monitoring trade spend and A&P with efficiency and agility. **Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages** · Qualified Accountant with 5 years and above experience in Commercial Finance · FP&A experience, experience in providing commercial finance support is preferred · Ability to think and judge independently · Agility and accountability · Strong analytical skills · Fluent in English and Mandarin **Diversity statement** Celebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo’s purpose of “celebrating life every day everywhere”.
