Purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for managing sales performance, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The Finance Manager will focus on providing strategic financial support to the Sales and Marketing teams, maximizing financial outcomes through business partnering.
You will be responsible for:
Pro-actively understand and provide insights on trends, opportunities, and challenges in own industry and in the external environment. Help shape new business models/opportunities. Lead financial and business review meetings with multiple stakeholders Provide financial leadership regarding Cash Collection by partnering with different functions (such as Invoice to Cash) and influencing the commercial teams to ensure Cash Collection to drive Free Cashflow.Support digital capabilities to enable operational improvements.Actively mentor others and focus on development of the finance teamLead the development of consistent processes and metrics; perform or lead ad-hoc requests and analysis, supporting continuous improvement activities. Proven experience in finance or sales controlling, preferably within a corporate environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage several priorities.Safe Fleet requirements:
Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required:
· Valid driver’s license.
· At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
