To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager. This role will partner with the Commercial team to manage month-end close, forecasting, and reporting, while assessing new business opportunities and overseeing AOP and trade-spend processes. Key responsibilities include improving ROI on trade spend, supporting business development, and providing analytical insights for the NBM in I&W and their team. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Prepare AOP for Independents Gross to Net Sales in alignment with Commercial and Marketing. Manage month-end close, forecasting, and reporting to highlight performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. Lead Trade Spend review for Independents, working with Commercial teams to analyze and report on performance. Develop initiatives to achieve Forecast, AOP, and SBP quarterly targets. Coach Commercial teams to improve financial acumen and participation in key processes. Oversee Order-to-Cash and financial reporting controls, ensuring timely remediation and updates. Support Commercial teams with ad hoc performance analysis using reporting tools. Ensure timely GCS testing compliance. Promote and improve health, safety, and welfare for all employees. Qualifications About you: Tertiary qualified with a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA). Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Experience working with all organizational levels, including senior management. Strategic thinker with 4-6 years of FMCG finance experience and people management skills. Proficient in systems, with SAP experience in a manufacturing context. Ability to lead teams and develop high-performing individuals. Strong understanding of ERP systems.
