An AmLaw 200 firm in Chicago is seeking to hire a new Finance and Transactions Associate

- Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of commercial transactions experience

- Candidates are expected to have experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions

- Role will work on a broad range of transactions including asset-based lending, equipment and project financing, secured and unsecured lending, structured financing, health care financing and debt and equity financing

- The firm has a hybrid set up and an 1850 billable requirement

- Compensation is expected to be between $260-320k with an uncapped bonus potential

- Firm offers excellent mentorship and one-tier partnership track
