Boise Ford’s’ New Commercial Fleet Service Center Technician Offerings:

Experienced A & B techs pay range: $22-40 flat rate hourPay rates vary depending on experience and qualificationsNo cap on hours for self-motivated technicians: never a shortage of work, flag all you want. Plenty of carry over to the next day sometimes 3. Average hours 125 per two weeks w/ high performers in the 200-hour range.Commercial Fleet Service Center is Open: M-F from 7-6

About Boise Ford’s New Commercial Fleet Service Center:

10 Bays: 9 main-line and 1 quick-lube. Parts Runners for active jobs to deliver parts and Porters to help move vehicles in and out of bays.State of the art shop equipment, all Ford specialty tools. Heated shop with swamp coolers. Excellent lighting.Professional & FUN work environment (techs who support each other). Fast-paced but easy-going work environment, family friendly environment. Manager is detail oriented and puts the customer first, promotes family and is easy to get along with. Supportive leadership.

Responsibilities:

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose cause of malfunction.

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.

Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

Qualifications:

Prior automotive repair experience preferred

ASE and manufacturer certification, desired

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
