This Position: The Commercial FP&A Lead is a key strategic partner, responsible for driving profitable growth by providing financial insights, optimizing sales strategies, and supporting pricing and pipeline management. This individual will play a central role in linking financial data to commercial outcomes and will work closely with Sales, Commercial teams, and Leadership to shape growth strategies and drive revenue. The position will be based out of the Blaine, MN office with the expectation that the candidate works from the office a minimum of three days per week. The following qualifications are essential for success in this role: + 8+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or related fields, with a track record of partnering with Sales and Commercial teams. + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). + Expertise in pipeline management, pricing strategy, and financial modeling. + Proven ability to link financial data to key business outcomes and drive strategic decisions across teams. + Advanced proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, Adaptive Planning, and Salesforce. + Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership. + Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and driving growth and profitability.
