Wage: $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience

Experience & Qualifications:

Solid handyman service experience with confidence to work independently Competent with spackling, sanding, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, peel and stick carpet, etc.  Competent with using hand and power tools – must have own hand tools.  Excellent customer service and etiquette  Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid, clean drivers license Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work Comfortable with using technology and apps such as Service Titan or similar  Drug testing and criminal background check required

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Typical handyman duties in commercial facilities Provide solutions to commercial maintenance issues Light electrical, light plumbing, painting, spackling, tile replacement, etc.  Perform other related duties as assigned
