Commercial Head

The Commercial Head will be responsible for spearheading the commercial activities of Oriental Sheet Piling in the Philippines. The role involves driving revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and overseeing end-to-end project management. The Commercial Head will collaborate closely with technical, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sheet piling sector, focusing on infrastructure, marine, and construction projects. Build and maintain a robust client network, including developers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies. Work with the regional team to expand market share and increase sales within the Philippines.

Sales and Marketing

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Oversee the marketing of sheet piling solutions, positioning Oriental Sheet Piling as the go-to provider for innovative and sustainable piling systems. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine business approaches.

Contract Negotiation

Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to finalize contract details and mitigate risks.

Project Oversight

Ensure smooth project execution by working closely with technical teams and clients, from bidding to project delivery. Manage the pricing strategy, ensuring competitive yet profitable project margins.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the sales and commercial team, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards. Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Financial and Reporting

Manage the commercial budget and oversee profitability of the sheet piling projects. Prepare regular commercial reports for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
