What do you contribute?

In the Business Administration Departement for Bids in the field of Rail Electrification, you play a key role in managing and developing our global sales and bidding activities. You are responsible for commercial processes, drive strategic decisions, and ensure the achievement of our financial goals while leading a team of approximately 8 employees.

You have commercial responsibility for the bidding and sales management in the Rail Electrification business segment and oversee complex tenders and international sales activities. You report disciplinarily to the commercial segment head and coordinate the sales organization in the regions with a focus on order intake and related SG&A costs. Additionally, you ensure compliance with our margin targets and drive profitable growth. You are responsible for commercial customer relationship management and cultivate long-term partnerships. You contribute with your commercial expertise to the overall segment strategy and oversee commercial aspects up to the PM080 phase. You lead and develop a team of approximately 8 employees, ensuring high performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.  

What do you bring along?

You hold a degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. You have extensive experience in commercial management/business administration, particularly in sales, bidding, or (commercial) project execution. Your background includes substantial experience in the commercial leadership of projects. Knowledge of Rail Infrastructure is advantageous but not mandatory. You are proficient in LoA processes as well as MS Office and SAP. You have excellent English skills and are willing to travel internationally (approx. 30-50%). Additional German language skills are an advantage.
