This position is entitled of leading the promotional/commercial team to ensure the execution of the strategy and business results. Provide business insights on the ground and work closely with the cross-functional and LATAM team to develop a relevant business strategy that meets compliance guidelines and move us forward to our ambition.

Main responsibilities

Position Workforce: Lead the team to embrace this disruptive approach and work efficiently on agile principles. Ensure the rest of the organization accept and support.Strategic Transformation: actively drive the evolution of the role of promotion aligned to the acceleration of Customer Engagement, AI and Access capabilities while proposing further structure, capabilities and ways of work’s evolution to reflect on market and portfolio accelerationDrive for results: Be very ambitious; develop competitive intelligence and high market understanding to catch business opportunities; allocate adequately resources across portfolio; deliver sales and profit targets.High Performance Culture: Build a high performing team, while finding the “perfect match” with the philosophy, with the right set of competencies and the ability and will to bring success; foster the development of the team; adopt a retention plan.Strategic translator: contribute to the elaboration of Marketing Plan and ensure its correct execution; coaches closely its organization to collaborate efficiently with local and LATAM marketing, Customer Engagement and Medical to implement successfully top-down and bottom-up strategies and initiativesInspirational Leadership: Be an active member of the leadership team and position unique and positive leadership in times of change. Become an advocate of Talent Development and NorthStar Strategy.  Mastering the matrix: develop a strong collaboration with all support functions and LATAM to reduce time to market, optimize price and margin, ensure the availability of products in the best quality for patients and to get best support and bring best environment for the team’s successChallenge status quo: liaise with GSA MCO functions to establish network and enable rapid decision taking for matters with critical importance and position as the main facilitator of our vision.Infield Effectiveness: continuously look to improve the efficacy of the team applying sales force excellence principles; work actively with SFE / Business effectivenessCompliance: Respects corporate commitment and compliance guidelines. Ensure that all products within the portfolio comply. Monitor product compliance and work closely with Pharmacovigilance.   P2WP Ambassador: Be an inspirational leader by supercharging our Play to Win Strategy, Behaviors, and unique culture. About you

Education Background: several years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales/marketing experiencePharmaceutical Industry Understanding: Strong Healthcare system knowledge is mandatory in Colombia and other COPAC countries.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and EnglishExperience: Sales & Commercial Background: proven solid senior and dynamic sales / promotional / commercial experience in Pharma/biopharma or HealthCare industry.Specialties business Acumen: understanding of specialties markets, competition, future market trends​ and entire local healthcare ecosystem.G2M: significant experience on Sales and Marketing operating model, Go To Market (GTM) transformation Promotional Accountability: proven successful experience in P&L and resource management Ecosystem understanding proven experience in understanding of Pharma/HealthCare dynamic, it’s customer relationship management and critical performance metrics.Transformation and Change Management: proven experience in leading or accompanying workforce transformations and propelling new ways of working.Build High Performance Culture: proven experience in leading teams' performance and a clear people chapter/agenda to continuously optimize performance, raise the bar and create a sustainable high performing culture.Soft and technical skills: People Leadership, long People management experience and building teams; Global mindset: able to understand and contribute to the global framework combined with local execution; Customer Engagement Advocate: solid comprehension of CE trends and CE Culture to keep propelling our customer centric vision and shifting the scope from relationship management to more scientific engagement to ensure that detailing adds value to stakeholders; Analytical: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex market data and insights into actionable strategies. This includes a deep understanding of how to leverage an integrated customer engagement approach for maximum impact; Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data analytics to inform decision-making processes, especially in identifying and prioritizing customer segments for targeted marketing strategies. Get valuable insights from data that can help lead to new solutions for the customer; ​Communication & Stakeholder Skills: effective communication skills to influence and move to action to very diverse stakeholders (global, peers, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders)
