What You Will Do:
 

Guidehouse’s Commercial Health IT Solutions team works with clients to measurably improve their technology outcomes through a mix of IT strategies, improvement in IT operations, and adoption of technology initiatives in cybersecurity, digital, AI, and data/analytics. By leveraging a deep understanding of health system IT operational best practices supported by data, Guidehouse drives mar IT operational improvement and technology adoption across departments and service lines at client provider organizations. 

 

Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.  You will collaborate closely with health systems and other healthcare clients, assessing their current digital health offerings and providing solutions, strategies and roadmaps that will make them market leaders. Your role will include contributing to guidance and recommendations to company C-Suite executives, supporting them in making informed decisions that drive business success and market differentiation within the health system and digital health landscape.

Responsibilities include:

Working to become a healthcare information technology subject matter expert on projects involving IT governance and strategy, digital health, patient engagement and AI in healthcare.Contributing to the day-to-day activities for provider clients and owning some of this work including peer benchmarking, spend analysis and related recommendations on opportunities, overall IT organization structure and operating model review, identification of automation opportunities, vendor analysis and analysis of clients’ current digital health solutions.Analyze market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and innovative solutions.Contribute to strategic guidance and actionable insights to company C-suite executives, leadership, and/or board of directors for informed decision-making.Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at healthcare clients.Meet / exceed established utilization goals.



What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in consulting, venture capital, or related fieldsAbility to demonstrate understanding of digital health trends and emerging technologiesExperience delivering exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

MBAPreference for degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare or related field.Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies to extract insights and drive decision-making.Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHR), and digital health platforms.Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, attend conferences, and participate in relevant training programs.Commitment to personal growth and professional development, seeking out opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
