Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Hourly Rate: $30–$40 per hour ($62,400–$83,200 annual base salary) Overtime is authorized: with approval from the Supervisor Per diem: $55 per day and lodging will be provided for authorized out-of-town travel and service. Your Role as a Commercial HVAC Installer Technician
As a Commercial HVAC Installer Technician, you will play a critical role in installing and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing routine maintenance, replacing parts, and installing HVAC systems, including split systems and packaged units. Conducting system replacement installations with precision and attention to detail. Utilizing pipefitting, brazing, and soldering techniques to ensure proper installation and connection of refrigerant piping. Troubleshooting and resolving issues during installation to ensure system functionality. Maintaining accurate measurements and fittings for high-quality installations. Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and communicating effectively. Managing time efficiently to meet project deadlines and adapt to various HVAC systems and technologies. Collaborating with dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical resources to ensure seamless operations. Adhering to safety protocols, industry guidelines, and company standards. Completing work orders and service reports accurately and in a timely manner.Tools & Support

Required:
3–5 years of demonstrated experience in HVAC system replacement installations EPA Certification High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checksPreferred:
Completion of a relevant apprenticeshipPhysical Requirements:
Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs. Lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics) Willingness to wear required PPEAdditional Requirements:
Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed for training, meetings, or client-site visits Ability to meet enhanced security clearance requirementsSkills & Abilities:
