As a Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Technician, you’ll provide top-tier maintenance, repair, and installation services for commercial clients with a national presence. Working remotely in and around Fort Lauderdale, FL, you’ll handle scheduled maintenance, demand service requests, equipment changeouts, and emergency repairs, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. With the support of our expert team, you’ll have the tools and resources to perform your job safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Service, install, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ice machines. Perform routine preventative maintenance and recommend proactive repairs to minimize downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to determine repair needs. Execute equipment repairs and replacements with precision. Respond promptly to emergency service requests. Provide observations and recommendations to enhance facility conditions and mechanical performance. Participate in facility-related projects as needed. Adhere to all safety policies, environmental, health, security, and fire protection regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, solutions-oriented approach. Complete paperwork accurately and on time. Work independently with minimal supervision, reporting to job assignments promptly. What We Offer Compensation & Benefits Competitive Hourly Rate: $30–$40/hour ($62,400–$83,200 annually). On-Call Compensation: $150 for scheduled on-call duties. Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure. Paid Holidays: 7 per year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas). 401(k) Match: 5% employer match to secure your financial future. 3&3 Tech Flex Program Choose one of these exciting options annually: $3,500 Cash Bonus 40 Additional Hours of Floating Holidays $3,500 in Technical Training

Relocation Potential: Explore opportunities to advance within our global network. What You Bring Required Qualifications 3–6 years of demonstrated experience in commercial HVAC refrigeration systems. EPA Certification (required). Valid driver’s license and ability to travel/drive to client locations for training, meetings, or other events (reimbursement provided). Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks. Willingness to meet enhanced security clearance requirements. Physical ability to climb/descend ladders carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs., and work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics). Commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed. Skills Expertise in servicing, installing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with industry software (preferred but not required).
