**Job Title: HVAC Technician - 1st Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician for the 1st shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday) to perform diversified installation, operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair duties for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. **Responsibilities** + Receive work orders and coordinate work to fit the daily schedule assigned by the department director or designee. + Maintain the facility's heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related control systems. + Respond to emergency calls from facility departments requesting immediate assistance for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration problems. + Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment as assigned by the director or designee and report deficiencies. + Coordinate repairs to the HVAC system with other departments. + Install air conditioning, refrigeration, temperature, humidity control systems, and accessories as necessary. **Essential Skills** + HVAC + Electrical + Service + Troubleshooting + Mechanical + Repair + Maintenance technician + EPA + Air conditioning + 2 years of skilled trade or vocational school + Refrigeration Technician License + EPA Type IV Universal Certification + Five years of HVAC experience within commercial, industrial, or healthcare settings **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Customer Service/Interpersonal Skills + Problem Solving skills + Ability to contribute to the success of the team + Exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others **Why Work Here?** Our company offers numerous opportunities for growth both at this location and nationwide.
