Commercial/Industrial Lighting Technician
Our client, a leader in the commercial lighting industry, is seeking a Lighting Technician II to join their team. As a Lighting Technician II, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting various lighting projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Lighting Technician II **Location:** Stanford, CA **Pay Range:** $37.79 - $46.73 per hour **What's the Job?** + Proactively inspect, troubleshoot, repair, or replace indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures. + Test for absence of voltage and adjust, test, change, and replace sockets. + Install, maintain, and repair emergency and regular ballasts. + Respond to lighting calls and conduct additional lighting repairs as approved. + Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding work progress. **What's Needed?** + Minimum of two years of commercial lighting experience or a combination of education and relevant experience. + Demonstrated ability to follow and use electrical safety procedures. + Knowledge of lighting products and parts required for the job. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Ability to work safely, independently, and efficiently. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on diverse lighting projects in a dynamic environment. + Gain valuable experience in commercial lighting maintenance. + Be part of a team that values safety and professionalism. + Potential for role extension or conversion to a full-time position. + Work in a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
