Our client, _a leader in the insurance industry_ , is seeking an **Account Specialist I** to join their team. As an Account Specialist I, you will be part of the Client Service Unit supporting various internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

**Location:** Greater Chicago Area
**Pay Range:** $25-26/HR
**Contract Duration:** 24-Month
**Job Function:**
+ Manage daily service requirements for select accounts and assist senior team members with complex accounts.
+ Resolve basic inquiries related to Aon Client Services (ACS) service delivery.
+ Identify and retrieve compliance documentation necessary for processing renewals and invoices.
+ Assist in initiating renewals, processing invoices, and handling client requests.
+ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of outputs and client deliverables through effective communication.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Entry-level position with 1-3 years of commercial insurance or office experience preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for client servicing activities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
+ Ability to work effectively with moderate guidance and supervision.
+ Must maintain an appropriate insurance broker's license or obtain one within 6 months of hire.
