Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for various types of commercial lines of insurance.Update client information and respond to inquiries via phone and email.Prepare and send out insurance quotes to clients.Coordinate meetings and appointments for agents and clients.Assist in cross-selling and upselling insurance products.Transition into finding and developing leads independently.Adapt to and utilize multiple systems efficiently to manage client data and insurance policies.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Ability to prove proficiency in organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is preferred but not a requirement.Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of hireProficiency in computer skills and a quick learner of new software systems.
