Commercial & Investment Bank - Early Careers Campus Recruiter – Associate

As a Campus Recruiter in the Early Careers team, you are responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse talent across our Commercial & Investment Bank Programme in EMEA. You will recruit talent to participate into our internship programmes which is considered a pipeline into full-time, entry level roles within the organization. Serving as the subject matter expert in the field of junior recruitment this role will bring a coordinated approach to the way we attract, select and develop talent.

Job responsibilities

Manage the recruiting process end-to-end and formulate an effective recruiting strategy through partnerships with business stakeholders and the broader Early Careers team Build and own key relationships with business leaders, program management and other stakeholders to provide visibility on recruiting activity and collaborate on engagement plansPartner internally with other areas of the organization – including Talent Acquisition Marketing and Employer Brand to create a consistent and engaging candidate experience that promotes JPMorgan Chase as an employer of choiceOwn and execute any Markets programme specific initiatives, location based or diversity activity as requiredBuild and maintain relationships with universities and external stakeholders and lead the design and delivery of an effective events plan for any in-person and/or virtual activityPartner closely with the Early Careers Operations team to facilitate a seamless candidate and business experience in line with all appropriate recruiting risk and controlsActively manage all candidates through the pipeline in a timely manner including candidate progression, candidate review, Superday management, offer communications etc.Plan and deliver the summer internship program end-to-end; including support and mentorship for interns, performance development and conversion to the full-time analyst programUtilize data and reporting to identify improvements to existing processes, provide key metrics to stakeholders with a focus on return and outcomes and actively manage and track budgets

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Early Careers experience would be an advantageWork experience within global Financial Services Experience with candidate sourcing platforms e.g. Handshake, LinkedIn etc.
