As a Commercial Learning & Development Manager, you will lead on building commercial capability and take the responsibility from planning to execution. The objective of the role is to develop core capability of sales and marketing competencies building aligns with overall enterprise strategy and business priorities. You will play a key role in identifying the organizational commercial capability gaps, developing capability building roadmap and execution, and conduct essential commercial training sessions.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop the company's commercial capability building strategy and operational planning, aligning with the company's priorities and delivering impactsAssess organizational and functional capability, identify resource and support needed, develop capability building plan, and tracking for execution by co-work with HR, commercial leaders, and reginal COE LeadsWork with Commercial Leader directly to understand the business strategy, and translate the business objectives to sales or marketing training course planning for cross-brandsUnderstand corporate training curriculum management framework in pharma context, including training design, execution, quality control and improvement, and perform internal analyses for program refinementDevelop training roadmap to plan and execute independently onEvaluate the required sales selling skills/marketing capabilities (F2F or cross-channel selling) and design the training accordinglyPlan and execute sales or marketing functional training courses to focus on identified sales core skillsets or SFE gapsNavigate external and in-house training resource to optimize training options and solutions portfolioLocalize AP regional/global L&D strategies and initiatives that may be rolled out in the future for integrating with local L&D strategic priorities for business impactsQualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels and functions of the organization and build trusting and credible relationshipsThe ability to demonstrate outstanding consultation and facilitation skills; proof of being pragmatic, and business focused - not just academicExperience deciding how best to resource learning initiatives, drawing from a mix of external vendors, internal cross-functions, learning management systems, and bespoke organization programsA strong track record in instructional design, learning content development, or behavioral change practices.A team player who is interested in working in agile organization with self-motivation, flexible, adaptable to change, and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environmentExperienced in MS Office applications; familiar with other software or broadcast platforms are plusLanguage: fluent in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written communication)Education & Experience
Experience of progressive impact in commercial learning and development, manager training, employee education, or similar areas; sales & marketing experience; a proven track record in training session design and sales training experienceTrainer/facilitator/coach certification is plusBachelor’s Degree requiredHealthcare industry experience preferred but not limitedCurrent Employees apply HERE
