The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lending Services Team Lead position will have the skills and experience necessary to fulfill the following responsibilities and qualifications:
· Responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of loan relationships.
· Responsible for spreading and analyzing financial statements, addressing industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring and pricing, credit analysis, monitoring credit performance and loan presentations.
· Responsible for relationship portfolio management, conducting relationship reviews and recommending products and services that meet financial needs.
· Responsible for managing members of a team.
· Review loan presentations including new commitments, modifications and renewals submitted for decision.
· Utilize credit approval authority within defined parameters.
· Actively participate in ongoing credit and underwriting training for the team.
· Collaborate with assigned commercial banking teams.
· Expand, build and maintain internal relationships with lending teams, providing the highest level of service.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Requires a bachelor's degree in banking, finance or a related field and 8+ years business banking lending, credit analysis or other directly related experience.
· An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
· Expert knowledge of business and commercial banking, credit analysis, lending, and loan processing.
· Experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills.
· Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
· Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to train, lead and mentor a team of relationship managers.
· Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
· Excellent supervisory or leadership skills are required.

· Salary Range: AZ - $110,625 to $162,250
