Job Summary:
The primary role of the Associate Account Manager is to provide excellent customer service to our policyholders and prospects by answering their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and have a good understanding of insurance products and services.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from policyholders and prospects.
Provide information about insurance products, coverage, and policies.
Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
Investigate and resolve policyholder complaints, billing issues, and claims inquiries.
Assist policyholders in filing claims and provide guidance on claim procedures.
Handle escalated customer service issues and collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update policyholder information as required.
Promote additional insurance products and services to policyholders.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in customer service, in the insurance industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Property & Casualty License preferred. Willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire required.
