We are seeking experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Brokers to help us continue our incredible growth across Long Island, NY.

Position Overview

Our Client Advisors bring risk management solutions to both businesses and individuals.  Your primary focus will be on prospecting / identifying, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients (small, medium, large) leveraging our unique niche (that we look forward to sharing with you.) While your focus is selling commercial lines risk solutions, you are also empowered to help with their personal lines insurance needs. In fact, World's investments in risk management solutions means that there is not one prospective client that you would not be able to help.  You will never have to say "no -sorry, I am unable to help you!"  Imagine the potential.

Primary Responsibilities

Identify / prospect and cultivate new business with a focus on commercial accountsEngage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through your funnel to closingTrack all sales activities in HubSpot: Must be a "HubSpot Evangelist" meaning - you understand the importance of leveraging HubSpot to its fullest potential and understand how it can lead to your successLeverage World's incredible platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners - At World, you will have access to the resources to help any client solve any challenge including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth / private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services. 

Qualifications

Must have proven experience selling a range of Insurance solutions to business ownersMust be willing to become our clients' trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World Insurance platform to our clients (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and even Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)All relevant insurance licenses are required as you will take an existing book of business from day oneThe most important ingredients for success: If you are "humble and hungry" and enjoy the thrill of the hunt, then you will love this opportunity building and growing using the foundation of an existing book of business

The "Nice to Haves"

It would be great if you have used Insurance Agency Management software platforms like AMS360 and Epic as well as sales CRM experience (we use HubSpot).Experience building and delivering "Client Pitch Decks" / presentations.


Pay Transparency
As a World Insurance Client Advisor, your compensation is tied to your effort and your performance.  We offer a base salary plus commissions as well as a full suite of employee benefits including a 401k match that is immediately fully vested.  The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $200,000+ based on your experience with tremendous potential to significantly exceed this range.
