ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of commercial insurance businessMaximizing growth and client retention through superior customer serviceDeveloping accounts and cross selling available products and servicesGenerating and pursuing new client opportunitiesDevelop and deliver formal proposals of insurance programBringing new business prospects to closureRetaining clients by maintaining solid business-to-business relationshipsCollaborate with account managers and the marketing team to complete proposals and selection of potential marketsNegotiate with carriers and evaluate carrier quotes to secure the best quotes possible for clients

WHAT YOU OFFER US:

2-5 years industry experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office ProductsPrevious insurance experience is an assetDetail-orientedStrong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills requiredThe preferred candidate is a team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast paced environmentPost-secondary degree or diplomaLicensed by appropriate regulatory bodies

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
