A Day in the LifeLocated in the Central Platte Valley District, the Denver office offers Rocky Mountain views and faces a historical railroad bridge, Pepsi Center, and the Cherry Creek trail along the Platte River. Visitors to the office are minutes from Coors Field and many other downtown attractions, including galleries and art museums.
Denver attorneys focus on franchise and distribution law and litigation but have the resources of a large firm with many legal disciplines represented. Their focus is on complex commercial litigation, including franchise litigation, product liability, toxic tort, employment, malpractice defense, and general tort cases. Regional clients range from automotive manufacturers and airlines to shipping providers and professional service firms.

We Know YouYou have at least 4 years of meaningful experience in commercial litigation in a mid-size or large law firm setting. You’re prepared to draft and argue discovery motions, take and defend depositions, and bring a positive, entrepreneurial spirit to a growing office. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials. You are adept in case management, ready to take the lead, and are admitted to the Colorado Bar.
At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.
The salary/wage range is $205,000 - $315,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
