The Role As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a varied and complex caseload, advising both businesses and individuals on disputes across multiple sectors. You will handle a range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, professional negligence, shareholder and partnership disputes, and insolvency-related issues. Key Responsibilities: * Managing a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from start to finish. * Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice to clients. * Drafting and negotiating contracts, settlement agreements, court documents, and pleadings. * Representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and court hearings. * Supporting senior partners on larger, more complex cases, while managing your own files independently. * Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives. About You: * Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in commercial litigation. * Strong technical knowledge and experience handling a broad range of commercial disputes. * Excellent communication and client management skills. * Commercially astute, with the ability to tailor advice to meet client needs. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development. * A collaborative team player who is eager to contribute to the success of a growing firm.
