The Role As a Senior / Principal Associate, you will: - Specialise in procurement disputes, advising public sector bodies, SMEs, PLCs, and suppliers. - Provide legal support to clients in various sectors, including government, NHS, education, utilities, and charities. - Handle contentious procurement law matters, focusing on dispute resolution through arbitration, litigation, and other processes. - Collaborate with senior colleagues in driving business development and building client relationships. - Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to the growth of the procurement disputes practice. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: - A minimum of 6 years' PQE, with substantial experience in procurement disputes gained in a top-tier city or national firm. - Proven success in managing high-level procurement disputes and the ability to develop practical solutions for clients. - Strong business development skills and experience in mentoring and developing junior lawyers. - An interest in expanding your practice to include general commercial litigation. - A collaborative approach to work, with a focus on growing the practice and contributing to team success.
