About the Role

Document Management process involves in uploading the documents in the FileNet and tracking loan documents. Team also handles various missing document requests and approach the external custodians to get the loan documents and place them in FileNet.

Reconveyance process involves in releasing the Lien on the properties.

Responsibilities

Knowledge and experience in commercial mortgage servicing related tasks, processes and activities including commercial mortgage loan structures and interpretation of loan documents.

Ability to interpret and understand different types of loan documents.

Analyze the loan documents and update the third party system to submit a records to release the property Lien.

Generate systems queries, as required/requested.

Complete tasks that require the review of reports, system data, loan documentation, and other collateral or loan related information.

Accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines.

Desired skills:

Good communication - verbal and written

Good problem solving skills and an eye for detail

Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word MS Access

Ability to adapt to change

Flexibility to work on different processes/assignments

Give an extended support during the high volumes days

Working with team members and be an active participant

Exhibits a commitment to the company

Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work

Demonstrates/maintains professional conduct under all circumstances

Ability to communicate well with US counterparts, as required

Takes ownership for responsibilities

Flexible to work different shifts as per the business requirement.

Desired Qualification

Eligible candidate should be atleast a B.Com graduate

Good knowledge on commercial mortgage servicing and products

Understanding and ability to interpret loan documents

1.5 to 2 years of work experience in commercial mortgage stream

Clause:

Wells Fargo has recently entered into an agreement to sell the third-party servicing function of Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) to Trimont Global LLC (Trimont). The sale is expected to close in early 2025 (the “Closing Date”). We are continuing to recruit for open positions supporting CMS but want to ensure you are aware that should you be selected for and accept this position, you may also receive an offer from Trimont prior to the Closing Date with similar employment terms and conditions following your Wells Fargo start date.

Standard shift time:

7.30 am - 4.30 pm (BLR) & 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (HYD)
