Commercial Loan Servicing Representative - Customer Care

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative. This job is  responsible for activities related to servicing of commercial loan transactions according to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This can include customer/client modifications, account maintenance, rebookings, and purchased receivables management to ensure accuracy through life of transaction.


In this role, you will:

Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needsMonitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions onlinePerform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasksAct as primary loan servicing contact that involve construction monitoring and disbursementsMonitor collateral and preparing payoff letters, releasing collateralAudit loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications and data input, and customer research and billingReceive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individualsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
