The pay for this position will start at $30.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do
The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the site(s). Organize, coordinate, and manage the overall maintenance programs, including exterior property appearance, timely work order service, quality make-ready program, and cost-effective inventory control of the property.
 

Skills and Requirements  

General Maintenance experience Ability to work independently HVAC certification; or the ability to obtain HVAC certification within one year of employment Tolerance to extremes of hot and cold weather Knowledge of safety procedures Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
