Commercial Manager, Implants
**Job Description:** As **Implant Commercial Manager** annual sales and financial goals, in line with the company’s strategic goals in Turkey. **Job Requirements:** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Builds a comprehensive strategy and sales plan that map out a clear route to hitting company goals. + Completing management reports on time essential. + Preparing Sales Budget and Forecast. + Assesses and manages sales funnel to drive forecast and planning accuracy. + Being aware of applicable company KPIs and business plan. + Provides focused training and sales development sales team. + Develops and maintains high impact relationships with key customers and sales partners in the region, to protect and grow business. + Develops market share together with established KOL + Drives increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling and Voice of Customer initiatives + Builds and maintain strategic relationships through regular participation in events, travel to customers, sales ride-along, educational events etc. **EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:** + Academic background, BS/BA, ideally from business, Eng. or sciences. + Minimum 5 years people management responsibility in sales management position. + Strong track record and minimum 10 years in a business-to-customers selling environment, preferably in the dental industry + Driving improved sales efficiency through the rigorous use of sales management tools + Strong ability in strategic and analytic thinking. + Takes initiative / proactive + Strong results-orientation, highly organized and able to prioritize. + Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups. + Excellent communication skills combined with a high customer and service orientation as well as strong relationship building and management skills. + Be used to working in an international environment. + Good command of English + Travel: 30% of the time **Operating Company:** Nobel Biocare Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
