Commercial Manager, SingPac Foods
Overview To drive the commercial agenda for the Snacks & Quaker Portfolio in the SGPAC markets. Responsibilities Work closely with Commercial Lead to drive the partnerships and relationships between PepsiCo and distributors in these markets to develop, align, influence and execute AOP plans to ensure delivery of annual business and market share targets. Align and drive the AOP planning process and deliverables with Commercial Lead, SingPac Foods. Manage the A&M and D&A budgets to drive optimal spending and monitor all spends. Work with Commercial Lead, cross-functional teams, and distributors to analyze data and leverage insights to drive Business Review and Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key strategic markets and retailers. Build partner capabilities via sharing of best practices and through close collaboration and leverage of strengths/ resources within the system. Work closely with Commercial Lead and Marketing to synergize marketing agenda/activities and sales promotional activities for these markets across all channels. Partner with internal cross function teams and distributors to achieve best in class execution. Work closely with distributors, and internal support functions to ensure a quality pipeline of new innovations and launches, to be executed in a timely manner to deliver consumer centric portfolio and profitability of the business. Work with Commercial Lead and cross functions to drive the legal renewal processes and timely completion of DA /Supply Agreements for these markets. Drive S&OP process to build forecast and business planning. Work with Commercial Lead and business partners to identify and develop new business opportunities. Maintain a robust relationship with partners via strong interpersonal/communication capabilities, good stakeholder management and a continuous effort to add value and build the trust/confidence from business partners in PepsiCo. Qualifications • University graduate or above, preferably in marketing or business administration. • At least 7 years of experience in Modern Trade KAM in Singapore is a must. • Multinational FMCG exposure preferred • Solid track record in channel business management and development. • Strong data analytical skills and insights orientation. • Experience in working with regional cross functional teams and multi markets of different cultures • Ability to engage and influence others – internal and external stakeholders. • Sound attention for details without losing focus on big picture.
