Key Responsibilities:
Sale ProcessesImplement and monitor CRM usage for all Verax targets and engagementsMonitor the sales cycle with reports on funnel growth, engagement advancement and loss post mortemsManage market potential updates and key customer identificationsAssist in correct execution of pricing, invoicing and contract loggingOperations ProcessesManage communications and ways of working for usersAssist in creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure manuals and training.Create training for the operations process and sampling fulfillmentTrack and follow up on Data collection for each sampling and assist in gathering farm data from clientsStrategy and Internal CommunicationsWork on alliance creations with AHS, Feedmills, Genetic companies and allied vendors in the Animal Protein sector including Industry electronic data sharing.Assist in Verax business strategy communications creating a consistent template and transferring the written results and processes into ppt presentationsAssist in tracking progress of the OU’s on Strategy, Operational Excellence, and Goals against timelines Assist in tracking Development progress against timelines Assist in tracking and communicating progress against Global goals and timelinesKPIs / Measures of SuccessGoals and KPI’s met by the Verax teamDelivery on training programsSuccess of consistent documented processes being efficiently implemented globallyEngage all the OU’s to support their needs for internal support so they can focus on customer satisfaction and delivery

You Bring:
Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, comminucations, animal nutrition, agriculture or vet sciencesExperience in the agriculture business with emphasis in communication or financial management3+ years strong business strategy, financial management or communications in an Agriculture businessDetail specialist, engaging own team and engaging the rest of the organizationDetail oriented and organized experience in creating engaging PowerPoint and Excel presentations and AI videosCollaborative, networking, good communicator with different levels/functions of the organizationCustomer centric
