What success looks like in this role:

• Establish strong professional relationships with Unisys sales leaders and sales support, client executives, architects, delivery teams, HR, legal, finance bid financial team, and procurement team then effectively work with these teams in all aspects of the deal

• Create sound commercial and financial structure and risk balance for deals

• Document technical, delivery and commercial risk associated with the deal

• Assist in the development of an integrated negotiation strategy

• Develop or assist in the development of contractual documents

• Support and may lead contract negotiations

• Identify and document the commercial risk

• Support and may lead the alignment review of commercial agreement to deal financial model and service solution

• Lead onboarding of all assigned deals including complete handoff to commercial contract manager and transition team to assure alignment of final deal terms to delivery implementation

• Participate in deal review on all assigned deals.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, accounting, finance, or similarly related subject preferred

• Minimum of 3 years direct experience in contract management and negotiation

• Experience in negotiating and closing ITO, BPO, or similar commercial agreements required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working with virtual teams and building effective business relationships.
