Responsibilities The Opportunity The Role is responsible for the E2E process of Planogram: Planning, development & delivery planograms for Latam markets. Manage the Planogram agenda through guarantee service level agreements established with the market & CCO. Coordinate plans with peers to create a best solution services considering the entired Dx Services strategy. Responsible for deliver Planograms solutions on time. Interaction and alignment with peers Dx managers, CCO Dx leaders and Markets sales leaders to clarify items within the request. Create & communicate GBS Planogram strategy Manage team agenda to accomplished projects. Increase service value offer to CCO & Markets Your Impact As Commercial Manager your scope would consist of Lead GBS Planogram team towards delivering activities at a lower cost, with improved efficiency and controls. Ensure good customer service and guarantee SLAs & OLAs timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations. Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution of requisition related issues. Track and Report KPIS and SLAs related to E2E Initiatives and Post Mortems Generate & guarantee right communication with stake holders for the Planogram Team. Winning key stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to stakeholders Guarantee end to end process is properly executed & coordinate with Category Management team. Define and integrate the Planogram MBS plan detailed by OU, ensuring alignment and coordination with CCO/OUs/Channels, in order to generate best practices across GBS. Identify commercial efficiencies in MBS, through the development and implementation of strategies by country and channel to ensure business growth Gain consensus with the business through the framework to centralize, standardize and then optimize Planograms process. Manage the Planogram function to provide best-in-class talent development, process harmonization and technology advancements Provide strategic guidance to key stakeholders deploying a pragmatic approach to ensuring end customers(internal & external) requirements are met Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors’ degree 7 - 8 years of relevant professional experience on Sales development, Trade Marketing or Sales stretegy Proven work experience related with Sales development or Trade marketing Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Strategic thinking and Results oriented Talent Development, People oriented Assertive Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external) Makes things happen, Setting the Agenda Fluent English oral and written communication skills Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
