Job Description:

Identifies, develops, manages and retains revenue-generating opportunities for the organization through the strategic and tactical sales and support of all product and service lines. Directly, or indirectly, manages the process from lead validation to product and services delivery, working with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery providers to ensure the highest level of supply chain management is delivered to customers. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

Direct brand strategies for Envista’s Products with responsibilities of growing and nurturing brand performance to win market shares.Drive sales to achieve topline and margin target per budget for all imaging products.Position products portfolio in pricing and ensure constant margin improvement.Direct and run market research and consumer studies necessary to understand the detailed thought processes and consumer behaviors.Lead and draw up the annual strategic plans, subsequently develop and roll out of sales and marketing strategy for imaging products.Collaborate and work closely with global marketing on design, branding and all forms of external communications.Direct and execute all inbound Marketing initiatives and new product commercialization.Support implementation of new product launches and application training.Support end user/consumer demand generation programs and all facets of lead generation.Drive training and education across the regionManage Envista’s Lead Funnel together with Envista’s Management & country's direct sales team representativesPerform analysis and delivery of the market and competition circumstances for the global business units, that includes the analysis of market trends and potentials, go to market channels, demand generation and digital marketing.Employ marketing best practices such as customer segmentation, customer understanding, portfolio management, competitive positioning, and market assessment.

Job Requirements:

Requirement for the Position

Education: Degree in Marketing / Business or related discipline.Experience: Min 8 – 10 years of relevant marketing, strategic development or product marketing experience in medical/dental device/equipment industry, with great focus in imaging and/or consumer. Good Knowledge and experience with segmentation, positioning, distribution marketing, branding, marketing communications, digital marketing within Thailand region required.Language Skills: Fluent English & Thai Language - oral and written.Travel: High (up to 50%).
