With our global network of proactive consultants, we transform intricate challenges into actionable solutions, enhancing growth and efficiency for our clients. **Role Overview** We're on the lookout for a Commercial Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial team by coordinating financial and commercial information across global markets for our clients. As the primary contact for commercial finance inquiries, you'll collaborate with agency markets and business development. This position resides within the commercial team and demands excellent communication skills, particularly when working with non-native English speakers. You'll work closely with various departments, including Commercial Compliance, PMX Trading, Investment & Accountability, Group Media Solutions, Finance, Legal, and Client teams to ensure seamless operations. **Responsibilities** + Prepare a commercial timeline of all reporting to be completed within the fiscal year; + Contract preparation and reconciliation - reviewing costings, hours reports, formulas and calculations; + Preparation of reports for commercial ad hoc, monthly, bi annual and annual meetings with clients; + Work with Finance to collate and review overdue debt reports for markets, and assist with any queries; + Coordinating with legal on commercial contracts for clients; + Regular interaction with client procurement + Oversee with client director scopes of work and ensure out of scope work captured, costed and highlighted + Support of new business pitches, particularly aggregating, analysing and reporting staffing data and other types of commercial data such as commission rates, payment terms, etc. **Qualifications** + Media agency experience in a Commercial Manager or similar type role. + Strong quantitative and negotiation skills, with a understanding of media agency dynamics. + Proficiency in data management, finance systems, and Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot tables); VBA skills are a plus. + Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and time management for handling multiple tasks. + Effective communication, particularly with non-native English speakers, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. **Additional information** Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with full time employees being office-based three days during the working week.
