We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rollingstock, a deep understanding of asset maintenance and manufacturing commercial principles, and a litigious understanding of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

This pivotal role will assist in the commercial management of rollingstock projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project outcomes.Manage contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial standards.Provide expert advice on maintenance and new manufacturing commercial principles.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.Identify and mitigate commercial risks.

About You:

Proven experience in commercial management within the rollingstock industry.Strong understanding of maintenance and new manufacturing commercial principles.Excellent knowledge of contract law and litigious aspects of contracts.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Proficient in using commercial management software and tools.
