Responsibilities:

Work with customers to understand their challenges and needs to develop appropriate solutions to solve them;Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of a customer, which includes applicable Municipalities, EPCs and Industrial clients;

Manage the Value Solution, development of processes to ensure that quality proposals are delivered within the designated time frame;

Develop and implement actionable sales strategies across WTZ portfolio of technologies, solutions and services in the market/region under her/his direct responsibility;

Configure and refine Value Solutions as a part the commercial sales process;

Identify and develop opportunity pipelines to drive profitable volume growth in capital sales projects and services associated to each opportunity;

Interface with Technical Domain Leaders to leverage their expertise and create value proposition for customers;

Utilize lean principles to continually improve the sales quote creation processes to achieve cycle time reduction through relentless focus on process and metrics;

Provide prompt and responsive service to sales clients;

Establish relationships and interface with other teams: proposal, engineering, project management, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, services and all other related areas, to ensure solution offering is aligned with customer needs.

 

 

 

Qualificações

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical disciplines;

Minimum of 05-07 years of field technical sales experience;

Fluent (written & Spoken) in Portuguese and English;

Knowledge of the local water industry and applicable technologies;

Experience in the municipal water treatment market;

Experience in MBR and reverse osmosis technologies;

Ability to navigate through a global and regional matrix structure;

Local customer base and market experience.

Desirable:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration;

Advanced Spanish; 

Experience in the industrial water market.
