Responsibilities: 
To prepare quotations and estimate the Project Budget for ship repair,  To prepare owner's draft bill Marketing and Sales to existing and new clients for ship-repair divisionEstimate the overall project budget and revenue to achieve the targeted gross surplus margin, prepare draft bills and follow up To prepare a draft invoice, negotiate and settle with owners To work independently, to supervise & train a team of Commercial Staff Meeting customers to foster close business relationships Develop strategy and tactics to attract new-targeted customers Able to work in Indonesia Shipyard is a must Andy Low
