The Commercial Manager is responsible for all commercial activities from understanding the market trends,
prospecting, creating a robust sales funnel and generating new businesses to deliver sustainable growth and
profitable revenue.

Prospect & develop a robust sales funnel within the Automotive and Industrial sectorsWin profitable business in line with our strategic and financial goals to increase significatively our footprint and market share on the assigned regionDevelop interaction and relationships with key decision makers and influencers to foster customer experience and increase customer intimacyNegotiate all strategic commercial agreementsControl contractual compliance with the company expectationsSet up Joint Business plans with prospectsRFI & RFQ ManagementContact negotiations and new revenue generationPROVIDE
Interface between the prospected accounts and the wider Automotive and Industrial Solutions as well as the Global Automotive teamsFinancial and market recommendations to the leadership teamWho are we looking for?
Minimum 5 years in a similar customer facing commercial role within a multinational environmentSolid track record in the Automotive and/or industrial sectorExperience in working within sizeable multi discipline teams and influencing change in a matrix/cross-functional environment.Strong negotiating, collaboration, solution selling and relationship building capabilitiesStrategic thinking, ability to develop and drive a concept through to commercial offer and successful conclusionVery good customer orientated communication skillsMust be extremely flexible and able to work under pressureDiplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and cultureGood understanding of Customer Experience, Customer Solutions and keen to create customer loyalitySenior level networking skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong business knowledge and acumenResults oriented, goal aligned approachStrong knowledge of the automotive and industrial supply chainFluency in English and any CEE language is a must, German is a plusWhat do we offer?
