Position Overview

Overview: 

Shaw Commercial, a division of Shaw Industries, Inc., leads in commercial interiors by combining the unique strengths of two distinct commercial flooring brands - Patcraft and Shaw Contract. This strategy maximizes the shared strengths of the Shaw enterprise including manufacturing, technology, quality and performance, to provide sustainable, innovative products, while also providing a wide range of personalized products and services from each brand.

What We Offer: Marketing & Customer Experience (MCX) Training Program

The Commercial Marketing & Customer Experience (MCX) training program is designed to shape future leaders within our commercial division. Over 18 months, participants will rotate through three 6-month rotations, offering hands-on exposure to various career paths within marketing and customer experience. You’ll explore emerging trends, branding strategies, business development, and customer insights, preparing you for a dynamic career in our industry.

How the Program Works

You will complete one rotation with each of the following key teams:

PatcraftShaw ContractCustomer Experience

Throughout these rotations, you’ll learn about marketing strategies, customer loyalty initiatives, proposal writing, contract management, and more, while gaining insights into our two flagship commercial brands.

Location: The Create Centre

Our training program is based at the award-winning Create Centre in Cartersville, Georgia. For the first six months of the program, we’ll provide corporate housing to help with relocation.

Requirements:

Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
